Allium Rust

Orange rust like spots have appeared on my ornamental alliums but nearby chives, spring onions and shallots are unaffected. Any advice? I've dosed with seaweed.

No-one's had rusty onions?

Thanks for the tip! I read that leek rust can be caused by an incorrect nutrient balance, and other plants needed a feed.
