Pomegranate, Lemon, Lime

Looking to grow pomegranate, lemon or lime trees. Anyone know if this can be achieved, if so how do i go about it? Do I need greenhouse? I live in Scotland which I know doesnt help image

    Pomegranate take a long time to grown, the trees in Greece are now in blossom but fruit won't be ready until Sept / Oct.
