Took out a years subscription to Gardeners World.  Received a letter of confirmation, and stating that it would start with the April edition.  When I didnt receive it, I rang, was told it had been sent "must have got lost in the post"! would be sent another.  Did not receive it, then I received the May copy. Rang again.  Was told they were experiencing high call volume, would call me back, NO of course they didnt. Rang yet again, was promised it would be sent.  Then an e-m ail, not even a "real" person could be bothered to ring me to say, no they dont actually have any copies left.   Which is why I contacted them weeks ago.   Anyone else had this problem?
