golden crest

Hi i wondered if anyone can tell me why golden crest die off , we have 8 in a row but the middle 3 keep dying off. thankyou. graham

    If its the same space, where they die off, its probably something to do with the soil.

    It could be contaminated with oil or weedkiller. If you replace them again, dig out as much soil as you can and replace it with good loam.

    I guess you mean the conifer? They dislike winds and dry soil. A sheltered damp spot in full sun and they grow fast. A windy site then they tend to brown and die in winter.
