That is a primula

It's a blue primula - a cultivated primrose. They come in lots of colours.
When it finishes flowering in late spring you can dig it up and split it and next year you'll have loads and loads of lovely lush plants just like that

These primulas are selfsowing . I have them in different shades of blue/purple .
