Pepinos
in Plants
Last week our local Lidl had a special offer of somewhat exotic plants and I couldn't resist buying a Pepino plant .
I know that they produce edible fruits , but they are not hardy, so my plant will have to live in a large pot and come indoors during the winter.
Has anyone ever tried growing them and managed to get any fruits on them?

Bump.
Thanks!
The one I've got is not a cucumber, but a Solanum muricatum
. It's a kind of fruit, and supposed to taste like a cross between a melon and a pear. I was simply wondering if anyone has ever grown any, and perhaps got fruits on them
.
Thanks
