I definitely haven't sown seed for either of those so they must have self seeded. The second one has really nice leaves but I am less excited by michaelmas daisy.
Hmm, that's interesting, I threw around a packet of campanula seeds a few years back, perhaps it's decided to germinate. My slap dash approach to gardening is buy a packet of seeds you like and scatter them around, if they grow they grow....

2 could be some sort of campanula, one of the tallish ones, C. trachelium maybe.
