This bed was my project 2011/2012. It had a huge gloomy conifer in it which I had help to remove (stronger, younger than me and male!), Then I dug it over, added lots of manure and compost and planted baby poppies delphiniums, perennial wallflowers, veronica, violas, pansies (bought as plug plants), sweet williams (sown in veg garden) and tulip bulbs.

Why are you saying nothing panto dame Geoff? You kindly showed me how to download photos through photobucket. Is my garden too flowery and female? When can I see a photo of your garden?

Thank you. What a treat that link is, especially at this time of year. I love dahlias too and those red begonias are a superb colour. I like Lily Louise's garden on the page before as well. Going back to look at more of it.
