Green flys

I was cutting the dead flowers of my hydrangea and noticed a couple of green flys quite big, is this a pest on my hydrangea?

Thank you, it wasnt any of them, it was not that big, bright green, like illuminious green? Will see if i can find a pic on google.

no non of them, cant find a pic on google either, i will have to go out tomorrow see if i can see any and take a pic.
