The simple answer is yes but what I looked at were too expensive for merely storing your own seeds. If you google seed envelopes you'll,get a list. There are also templates to down load.
I recycle envelopes I receive ..cut the corners off say two inches by two inches cello tape one open side closed. When ready write on seed type etc, fill and seal shot with more tape. Works for me.
I use the junk mail envelopes that I seem to get loads of, despite being on the mailing preference list. So long as its paper and not plastic, they're fine.
I'm with you fidget. The seeds you sent were well packaged but what made all the difference was the note with instructions for growing. Some hellebores are more willing to show than others but that's life. I'm thinking of extending the beds to fit more in. It really would help if everyone could include details of growing habits.
