Hi, Can someone please identify this for me? Is it a weed? I seem to have rather a lot of it...

Sorry marc, it looks very much like creeping buttercup which I have been waging war with for ages.  I call it rampaging buttercup.  I tend to try to dig them up and all the roots but when they appear within another plant I will spot weed them.  Good luckimage

Looks like creeping buttercup (Ranunculus repens) to me, a very invasive perennial weed.  Could be wrong though as I can't really see any stems.  Can you lift one and show a whole plant, roots and all?

I think it's creeping buttercup - dig it out with a fork and get all the roots out - learn the look of those leaves and get every little plant as it tries to appear! image
