Liquid Autumn Lawn Food

Does anyone know of a good Autumn liquid lawn food that I can use this Autumn to keep my lawn green until spring?

I used to use Benlate on my lawn in the autumn mainly because I keep getting small circular patches of diseased grass. This not only did the trick but kept the grass looking green and healthy throughout the winter. Does anyone know of a suitable alternative now that this product has been removed?
