Overwintered Onions

I have read somewhere that it is a good idea to give overwintered onions a bit of a boost in the spring.  However, I am a bit unsure what to use.  I have sulphate of potash, bone meal and blood fish and bone.  Which one would be best?  Thanks

  • I'd feed Nitrogen up until longest day of summer.  They put on leaf growth up to then. To bulk up bulbs woodash is recommended.  Hope this helps
