growing light advice

I am going to buy a growing light with reflector for my small outbuilding room. I've not used one before,so any advice would be gratefully received. I am planning on using a timer and grow flowers in there with an oil radiator for warmth.

    Try a hydroponic firm from the web, they will give you all the advice you need as they are normally well versed in their products

    Ask about the new LED grow lights , much cheaper to run and no ballast needed.

    EBay also stock these for about £20 with hangers
