Green Johanna Composter ???

I have inherited a green Johanna Composter in my new house. I can't see an easy way to get the compost out the bottom.
There are a couple of panels at teh bottom but they are screwed in, do I have to unscrew them everytime I want to use it?

Sounds odd-is there not a hatch that lifts up/out-my only other idea perhaps that was the transit screws and they were never removed?-was it used previously?
I have just looked at a pic online; it looks like a grand version of my two compost bins. There should not be any screws at all, as sotongeoff says there is a hatch: perhaps someone screwed it down to stop rats/small children/dogs from getting in.

Artjak is correct, the screws are there to ensure you only find the things you would expect to find in there, as the Green Johanna takes all food waste, including cooked meat and bones, as well as a proportion of normal garden waste.
