    Thanks! Yes it would have been naughty to ignore the instruction to PICK ME!! In fact, I consider it charitable of me!?!

    I always justify it by telling myself that they'll be going to a good home if I buy them rather than someone else who will neglect them.

    Its cheap that £3.50 for 20 geraniums, seeds cost about that much.

  • I have just returned from Homebase and 3 potted  Thread Palms fell into my car boot (well they were reduced  to £2.50)
