Recommended fruit and veg variety's

I am looking for some different variety's to grow this year. What variety are you going  to grow this year as well?

I am looking for Potatoes - Carrots - beetroot - Onions - turnips - Tomatoes - Cucumbers. 

The only tomatoes plant I will defiantly growing is gardeners delight. I normally grow maris piper potatoes but been a bit disappointed with the last season crop.
