Mystery allotment plant

Hi all,
Can anyone ID this plant we have growing on the allotment we have just taken over, i have seen it on a couple of other allotments at our site in summer and slugs love it as the whole plant was covered in them!

brill. thanks alot. i thought the leaves looked a bit like cabbage leaves but wasnt sure. its a very overgrown allotment so trying to work our way through whats worth keeping and whats not before the dreaded task of blitzing and the uprooting the weeds and brambles!
