we have had a bit of a thaw here in Cumbria so I decide to dig up the last of the leeks before it freezes again so it's leek and potato soup for lunch and the rest in the freezer

    Left the last of my leeks in a few months longer than yours Little-ann.


    Got a good bucket full at final harvest


    All cleaned and ready for cooking
