Seed Swap/Give Away

Evening all,

I have a few packets of seed that I will not get to using this season,
So if anyone would like to give them a try I would love them to go to a new home.

Flowers;

Petunia - Celebrity mix (Unwins) - Sow Feb-Apr
Verbascum - Phoenicium Mixed (says sow by Dec 2014 - but the pack I put out last year were fine - worth a try?)
Nicotiana Sylvestris
Schizanthus 'Angel Wings Mixed' - orchid-like plants
Gloriosa 'Rothschildiana' (10 seeds)
Lupin 'pixie delight'

Happy to swap for herb seeds or to just send on. [:
Katherine.

I was thinking of creating a new topic on seed swap Kassi, so this is timely. There is an old topic but it has got to big and it is not updated often.

What seeds are you looking for? The Gloriosa seed sounds interesting.

That's good, nice new thread al ready for the Spring.

I have sorted my seeds out into date of planting order and have loads I wont be sowing, foxgloves, delphiniums, etc, I sowed most of them in the Autumn so lots left over.

I love to try germinating difficult and rare seeds. I would like to try Wollemi noblis but it seems it is not available in the UK image

I'll happily swap for anything herby/ or perennial, or even veg.
You know - just something new to try! Safe to say I'm not overly fussy. I will happily send over the gloriosa for you if you pm your address to me [:

  • Are we going to open a new thread for the seed swap then? I still have quite a few seeds free to a good home.image

I think a new thread for the swap is a good idea. The threads get so long if you carry them on from year to year
