Looks like your GH is in a sheltered spot near 2 fences, so it should be fine in winds.
I would place a non porous membrane on the floor then add slabs to the bottom of the GH. This will help reduce moisture in the GH and dreaded botrytis which can kill more than frosts can. I would also recommend an autovent for the window.
