I enjoy my hour long bus journey home from work this time of year as we drive through a few small towns and i love looking at all the beautiful Christmas lights on the front of the houses and in their trees etc
After several journeys I have come to the decision although the warm glow yellow/gold Lights are lovely the white/clear ones are the winners as they give the Christmas magical sparkle
Seasons greetings all, I liked looking through this thread. I'm a sucker for Christmas and put my decks up on the first. Went out to get food shopping last night and driving past all the houses lit up was so nice. Is it too early for some mulled wine?
My indoor tree and the one I planted out last year after Christmas.
Hmm, what we really need is an outside electrical socket within reach of the front garden ... we've got an electrician coming in the new year to put in a new fan in the bathroom ... I wonder how much he'd charge then next Christmas we could have outdoor sparkies too
