Skimmia Japonica Rubella

in Plants
Hi guys,
I have a very large Skimmia Japonica Rubella that I have inherited in my garden. It's probably 1.5 m wide and would like to move it. Is this possible and if not how well will it get on if I cut it right back?
Thanks
Jo

That's brilliant thank you. Just one thing, as it's so big I'm gonna have to cut some of it back otherwise I can't get close to the roots but how far can I go?
Ok Verdun, I might give it a go. I'll see how the weather looks over the next week. Thanks.
As an evergreen it may help to leave any cutting back to spring lest you harm it. You can kill an evergreen at this time of year. OK to move it tho'.
