tropeoleum speciosum

I planted a tropeoleum speciosum  last year in a warm sheltered spot (in  London) near to a wall for it to scramble up. There have been no flowers this summer, although the plant survived last winter and always looks healthy . What can I do to encourage it to flower?

Just give it time - they do need a while to settle. The dull summer won't have helped, either.
