Look a bit like a member of the kingfisher family but someone will know.

LOOK LIKE BLOODY KOOKABURRAS, but tie dyed at some point.
The first time I saw a blue fairy wren in Western Australia, I thought I was seeing things. They look like our wren that has been dipped in fluorescent blue chalk.
