Seeds without instructions

I have been sent free seeds of Safflower and Lemon Cucumber - does anyone have any ideas about planting and growing   - I'm thinking maybe next March but can't find any information to know if I'm rght or not. Has anyone tried growing these?

    Look at Kings Seeds. They sell Safflower seeds and have details of sowing etc.

    I looked it up cos I've been given a bunch of Safflowers and they are GORGEOUS!
