Is it too late to take pelargonium cuttings?

Is it too late to take cuttings from my plants?  I planted seeds for the first time earlier this year and the plants still look healthy. I would particularly like to propagate the white one as it looks good on my semi shaded rockery. I would have to keep them on a spare bedroom windowsill so couldn't dig up and keep the whole plants. In fact, I think I may have a go as it's a lovely sunny afternoon, and I'm sure the frost isn't going to be many days away now.imageimage

It wont to any harm to try-but it is getting a bit late-they might take time to root-try some in compost and some just in water.

Thanks Sotongeoff and Verdon. I'm just sitting down with a cuppa after taking 4 cuttings.of white and 4 of pink. I've also dug up 4 VERY small plants and potted them up. All now on spare windowsill. Fingers crossed!
