My beech trees are dying

Hi my dad planted about 20 beech trees along our avenue about 20 years ago and they have been thriving up until now. One of them has died and now another one of them isn't looking too great.We have had dreadful rain all summer and some of the trees further down the avenue are in water logged ground but they still seem to be healthy, the one that died is in a well drained area. Can anyone help?
