BUGS

Lullabelle

My 3 beautiful orchids have bugs on their leaves, they are white and look like fluff. I wipe them off and have used normal bug spray but am worried that they may be hiding inside the pots. I cannot re-pot as all 3 are in stunning bloom. Can anyone please advise, what are they, are they serious how can I get rid of them. Any help would be much appreciated as I have never had this success with orchids before and I don't want to loose them.
