rocket being eaten

Hi everyone, somthing is eating the rocket we planted a few month ago and leaving tiny but neumous holes all over the leaves, I don't think it's slugs or snails as i have put pellets everywhere and there are no slime trails to show evidence of them.  Any help would be much appreciated as this is our first year attempting to grow anything. thanks

I get those little critters every season, particularly on the rocket. Oddly enough, they tend to disappear of their own accord. Regrowth is untouched.
