Stains On New Patio

I recently used 'aftercut' on my lawn but accidently got some on my new patio and it seems to have left a brown stain. Can anyone advise how to remove it please?

There is usually a manufaturer's phone number on the box to contact for advice - I think I'd ask them before I tried doing anything - sometimes using the wrong thing can 'set' the stain

Another thing to consider is, what is the patio made from?

The patio is made up of slabs (concrete I think) there was no mention on the aftercut packaging of this occuring.

The point Dove is making is to contact "aftercut" too see if they can offer some advice or a solution- they are not going to put on the packet "this may stain concrete" are they?image

The packaging did not mention staining however, the 'walkabout' carton thingy on closer inspection does say 'if spilt on paving slabs brush off immediately as may cause stains'! I have contacted the manufacturer and was told that the warning is now on newer packaging and that the brown marks are 'rust' stains and should be treated with citric acid or rust stain remover. I hope this helps other people in future.

Other weed and feed manufacturers have done for years.
