    Lovely colours Marion. This is my tulip tree It's about 15 years old but has never flowered. Does the one in your photo flower?

    The one in my picture is very big and very old and flowers before mine and a,so colours up before mine as well.  My tree is 24 or so and only started flowering a couple of years ago so don't give up on it.  The flowers are lovely - like big yellow tulips.

    And still the lovely autumn colour gets better and better.  Even my Green Daleks look glamorous framed by the golden leaves of the weigela.
