Blackcurrant Bushses gone Brown & Crispy??

Hi All, just need to get to bottom of why my inherited fruit bushes h

ave gone Brown, shriveled and crispy? , there seems to be some new growth but, not all over? it did fruit ok, prior to this happening, i will try and upload a couple of pictures too help diagnosis, thanks Connie

    Hmmm.  It's not well, is it?

    I'd certainly clear away the grass from around the base but other than that, you'll have to ask an expert.  There'll be one along in a minute. image

    I'm definitely not an expert, but could it be Currant and Gooseberry Leaf Spot?
