Swallows departing?

I could hear  these swallows arriving this morning. There were probably between 100 and 150 if not more. These are the ones near the telegraph pole and there were plenty more on the wires to the individual bungalows.  I just had to do a quick pic on my phone at an 'odd' angle. I felt slightly emotional! Just hope that they make it back next year.

    About 100 swallows and amazons, oops sorry, house martins, were sitting on my roof yesterday basking in the sun. Obviously charging their batteries for the big lift off.image

    I am sure that they will come back. Ours come year after year.
