help identifying problem

I have recently moved into a rental property and the bush at the front seems to have a major problem, would anybody be able to help....

I'm not very green fingered so don't know what type of bush this is but really need to know what is wrong and how to fix it

I can't see the pics very well but I think it might be a Viburnum tinus that's been eaten by the viburnum beetle

That looks like a bad case of Viburnum beetle attack on a V.tinus. Difficult to treat. All you can do is spray with a suitable insecticide, underside of the leaves too and hope.
