Widely available via mail order -have you done a google search?
The RHS website has a plant finder facility that lists suppliers by area.
The RHS Plant Finder lists just 2 nurseries for this plant, both in Cumbria. They both supply plants by mail order:
http://www.treetyme.co.uk/
and
http://www.larchcottage.co.uk/
Make sure it's planted in a sheltered spot. Mine died in its second winter at -15C. After the first one it decided to become a shrub as all the top growth was dead but it regrew from the base. The second winter finished it off.
Thanks for all your replies guys. I previously found one on www.treetyme.co.uk but they're out of stock. Also, I just checked www.larchcottage.co.uk and they're not taking any orders for deliveries as from today until september time.. (just my luck that I missed out of their deadline..!!). I'm back to square one now....
Thanks for your advice obelixx - I'll bear that in mind if I ever manage to locate one.!!
When I lived in UK one of my favourite places to go was Langthorns Plantery just outside Dunmow. They had no end of unusual plants and if there was something special I wanted they would try to get it for me. Worth a try.
Thank you very much for your info Gary. I've managed to ordered one from Larch Cottage.!! I'm really chuffed now
A bit late and not cercis canadensis pauline lily, but you garden have pairs of Cercis for £4.99 and £14.99 depending on variety. I bought 2 pairs of the Judas Tree ones and am happy with them and the price.
