Clematis

Hello,

I planted Clematis from a cutting somebody gave me around 4 or 5 year ago now, however I still haven't seen any flowers!!

I know that it is a shrub and sometimes these things take time, but I'm beginning to wonder if it will flower at all?

It grows very well and has cover a fence in no time!!

Clematis are very hungry plants.  Try giving it an instant tonic of liquid rose or tomato feed.  You should also try and find some special clematis food for a slower release feed.    You can give it some now and then make sure you feed it next spring when growth starts again.
