first year ,my first hibiscus,when and how often do you feed them?

  • Pruning after flowering should suffice with an established plant.  A general feed in Spring should keep it happyimage  They don't seem to be particularly heavy feeders if in the correct situation ( and they will seed readily too ).

    Although they like well-drained soil they're quite thirsty, especially at flowering time, so don't forget to water in the summer image

    Gardening is cheaper than therapy, and you get tomatoes.

    thanks guys ,should of asked before.I AM GUILTY of over feeding with rose +shrub .Can tell by the flower ,is there anything I CAN DO to rescue what left alone,thought about digging and replacing the soil?

    Fed hibiscus 2nd of August so hopeful.Any further support appreciated.
