Hi
My trailing petunias are looking a bit droopy. I was thinking of give them a Chelsea chop. Do you think that will revive them.

Hi, Mark!
Are your petunias just tired (with shoddy-looking flowers), or are the leaves wilting?
In the first case, I'd cut all old stems; if the plants are fine, they will sprout back soon.
In the second case, I´d throw them in the bin...
Thanks for that, I'll give them a trim
Dead-heading and a dose of tomato fertiliser ought to perk them up
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
When dead head make sure you cut the seed head off not just pull the dead petals.
Thanks everyone,
