Spread of chafer grubs

Hi I have been asked to start cutting the grass of a house that the occupant said has an infestation of Chafer grubs. If i do this am I likely to spread it other customers lawns  who have no sign of infestation . It's the last I would want to do as some of my customers have nice lawns and I'm sure they would like to keep it that way.  Thanks

Chafer grubs are the larvae of the Crane fly (Daddy Long Legs) - they are the result of the adults laying eggs in the soil so can't be spread by a lawnmower.

The best way of getting rid of them is to use Nematodes http://www.gardening-naturally.com/acatalog/Chafer_Nematodes.html

You can tell your customer all about them image

image  Bill - ignore what I said - I was talking about leatherjackets Duh!  I've had too much sun!!!

But you still won't spread chafer grubs by mowing their lawn.

Think I'd better go to bed ........................
