Had this on a thread last month but no joy- does anyone recognise it now?

 It looks taller on the pic - it's about 50cm at its tallest.

    I think you are correct hogweed, having just gone through some images.image

    I thought lobelias needed boggy soil and would have expected some slug or snail damage so I'm surprised in several ways!
