Hi can anyone tell me the name of this plant, it's a perennial and such a lovely delicate    plant

Without standing on my head to look properly I would guess Physostegia virginiana. But that is a real guess.

 I just went out to compare with my obedient plant - the flowers reminded me of it but mine is still in bud.
