No flowers

Hi just wondering what is wrong with one clump of my Delphiniums as they have

not flowered for two years.

    Usually a sign that that the clump is over crowded-you can divide it or next spring when the new growth appears take basal cuttings and start again

    Thanks Sotongeoff will do as you suggest as there is lots of foliage
