It's hemp, most likely grown from wild bird seed - it's from the same family as marijuana but much less potent.
Any of the stronger hemp seed used in bird seed is heat treated to prevent germination, so yours is likely to be industrial hemp, used for making fibres for rope and cloth.

Lol it's hemp!!!!!! It's related to cannabis but it has a lower thc compound ( the weeeeee in weed!!!) lol it's not illegal and can be quite pretty when it flowers!!!
Of course KEF....nothing more To be fair, he also recognised a Foxglove at the GC centre today so I bought it because I was so impressed that he knew what it was

They once found some growing in a police station garden not too far from here, that was
so it is weed , i genuinley didnt know . sorry
