in Problem solving

hi, I bought a 3 phlox plants last year, they all flowered, but this year 1 of them hasn't, can anyone tell me why, its a lot bushier than the 2 that have flowered, thanks

    Not seen any Phlox flowering yet so you must be lucky with the first or a very early variety! Just looked at my white ones, three foot tall and no sign of flowering yet. If they were bought in flower they were probably grown in greenhouses and therefore forced as is usually the case, then they nearly always flower later in the garden.

    Mine are no where near flowering, dont worry you will have a lovely show right up to autumn.

    the ones that have flowered are a mess tall and leggy, not many leaves, and a few flowers on top

    Chop them back to a few inches from the ground, you will probably get a lovely late show.
