Many blueberry varieties do require cross pollination to set fruit. As Bob says find out what variety you have and look up a compatible variety on line and purchase. They will pollinate each other so you should have plenty of fruit.
I didn't net my blueberry before going on holiday, the housesitter said the berries were stripped by birds in one day. But they do fruit better if you have more than one variety.
