    1 lookslike verbascum violetta

    2 some sort of campanula

3 looks like foxglove flower but leaves are wrong, maybe isoplexis??

what country are you in?. I dont recognise any of these as british wild flowers.

    It's not a mess, it's a nature reserve.

Lincolnshire! I planted 2 packets of seeds, one was mixed wild flowers and the other mixed perenials. I lost the labels which told me which was which.

I thought some of them were wild flowers, like the campanula.

The last one might be a mallow? I cant see very well as im using my phone.

Could the last but one be a phlomis? The flowers seem to be in whorls.

I wonder if the one that looms like a foxglove is a penstamon image
  • The last one is Centaur Alba, you do see it growing wild but you can sometimes buy it in garden centres. It grows in crevices of walls or anywhere hot and sunny.

  • The third one is a perennial foxglove as far as I can see, very pretty! Agree that number 1 is a verbascum. 2 and 5 both look like campanulas. 4 sort of looks a bit like a salvia of some sort, the last one looks a bit like an oregano, do the leaves smell nice?

Thanks everyone for those suggestions. The last one could be oregano as it does smell herby. Number three is not a foxglove but could be a penstamon as the leaves seem the same. Still not sure about number four. All I know is that I seem to have a lot of these!

  • I thought number three could be digitalis lanata, the wooly foxglove
