I love my Basil plants and cannot be without my African Blue or Pesto Perpetuo <img src="http://i493.photobucket.com/albums/rr297/WWWF_08/Rainbow/smiley.gif" alt="" />
I have mastered taking cuttings of the African Blue but not the Pesto Perpetuo which is supposed(I don't think so!) to be a perennial.
The only place I could find them online in the UK was Norfolk Herbs so I placed an order for 2 plants and a Stevia.A couple of days later I had an email to say they were very sorry but my order was 5 plants short of their minimum order <img src="http://i493.photobucket.com/albums/rr297/WWWF_08/Rainbow/sad.gif" alt="" /> I don't really need more herbs <img src="http://i493.photobucket.com/albums/rr297/WWWF_08/Rainbow/sad.gif" alt="" /> What would I like to do - order more plants ? refund? I phoned and spoke to a lovely man who said how sorry he was but the reason they made a minimum order was to do with the packing - with the size of boxes used it is better to fill them or plants would be chucked around something awful!
I told him how disappointed I was as the plants are hard to find so he said he would send them anyway and if anything happened to them it would be their loss. The plants arrived today - so well packed and beautiful plants for £1.99 each I phoned Norfolk Herbs as soon as I had unpacked the plants to say a big Thankyou for the trouble they had taken
First Class customer service If I ever need herbs again I know who I will give my business to Pam x
