Today's Successes

I wanted to share with you all my first ever cucumber and courgettes image I'm so proud of them and myself.  Once again, thanks to everyone because I'm sure I couldn't have done it without the help from my friends on here and your patience with endless questions image

Thank you everyone.  Those 2 smaller courgettes look tiny, they aren't really and I think I may have left the bigger one too long.  I needed 3 so picked them all and I'm going to see if there is any difference between taste on the bigger and smaller ones too, for future reference as to optimum picking size image

I'm thinking of sort of stir frying OH has created this fab dish we call Rob's Special Mix, we use puy lentils and then lot's of veg like cherry toms, courgette, peppers, baby corn and stir fry it in balsamic vinegar so it goes all's yummy and very healthy  image

Wish other people here ate them.  Don't bother when it's only me - maybe next year I will get the foster children into courgettes image
