What tree?

Hi we have just moved into a new property and we have a small 5ft tree in the centre of our garden, it's the style of a weeping willow,and branches cascade like a waterfall effect, any ideas, as wondered if it flowers and how to keep on top of it ect.

    Sorry my phone isn't giving me any options to post pics but looking at pictures of the above Rebecca I'd say its definately a Kilmarnock willow thank you
